Our Story
I started out as an agency recruiter where I recruited across the product team; Product Managers, Product Designers, Business Analysts and Data Scientists.
After 6 years recruiting for a wide range of established companies I made the move in-house and headed the recruitment team of Letsdothis.At Letsdothis I spent two years leading the recruitment of one of London's most notable start ups during two high growth phases, this included establishing a new office in the US with a sales team based in Boulder, Colorado and a wider remote team throughout the country.
At its peak I lead a team of three, accoutable for the end to end recruitment lifecycle and successfully increased the gender diversity of the software engineering team.
Having see the more flexible recruitment needs of scaling organisations. I made the move to be a fractional/ contract recruiter/talent partner.
