James is an incredible recruiter, fantastic team player and all round great guy to work with! He was introduced to me through my extended network because we needed some experienced interim help with some very high volumes of roles, due to business growth. It was a seamless and easy transition when James joined the team, it was as if he'd always worked with us, he proactively sought the info he needed or asked if he couldn't find it, he upskilled on our ATS quickly and introduced himself to his hiring managers. James is very knowledgeable, particularly in Product/Data/Tech and very very good at sourcing passive talent.
